Guernsey Cricket is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and committed individual to volunteer as our Senior Women’s National Team Manager and support the continued development of the programme.

Working with the Director of Cricket and Senior Women’s National Team Head Coach, the Team Manager will help deliver a well-run programme for players both on and off the field. The role includes coordinating training and fixtures, arranging match-day requirements and off-island tours, and keeping players, coaches and Guernsey Cricket informed.

Player welfare is an important part of the role. The Team Manager will support safeguarding arrangements, maintain essential medical and emergency contact information, and help new players settle into the senior programme.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive arrangements, and a genuine enthusiasm for Women’s cricket and player development. Experience in sports management, team administration or logistics would be beneficial.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Guernsey, hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel on and off island as required. A valid DBS check and safeguarding and First Aid certification are required, or applicants must be willing to obtain them.

As this is a voluntary position, reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the role will be reimbursed in accordance with Guernsey Cricket Board policy.

How to apply

Please send a brief covering email outlining your relevant experience and why you are interested in the role, together with your CV.
