Mark joined Guernsey Cricket in his role as Chief Executive in 2009 when Guernsey elected to become an associate member of the International Cricket Council.

Andy returned to Guernsey cricket in December 2019 following a 7 year absence. Andy was previously involved during Guernsey Crickets most succesful era guiding them to The World Cricket League 6 Title.  

Olly was appointed along with Andy in December 2019 to form the senior coaching team. Olly was previously involved as a player at Guernsey Junior representative level. 

Appointed in January 2019 superseeding the his National squad teammate David Hooper, Ben is reposible for the managing and coaching of the junior programmes. 

A certified accountant by profession, Lee has recently swapped debits and credits for bat and ball to assist us with the cricket in schools programme.

Fully appointed in December 2019, Dec a qualified ECB level 2 coach is responsible for the delivery of coaching sessions in primary and secondary schools.
