Mark took up the role of CEO in 2008/9 as Guernsey became an Associate Member of the ICC. Having played cricket at no higher level than domestically in Guernsey, the former hard hitting all-rounder hopes to show the pen is mightier than the willow.
Ash picked up the reins from Nic Pothas at the start of 2016, signing a three year contract. Ash is a familiar face around the coaching scene in Sussex, having previously started his playing career with Leicestershire CCC.
Jason has been involved in Guernsey Cricket since back in 1994 and over the years has worked with the majority of cricketers currently in the National set up as juniors. Jason's role includes all Age Groups as well as being GCB Child Protection Officer and an ECB acredited Coaching Assessor.
David (Hoops) is a real product of the Junior Cricket Programme that he now helps to run having been through the whole schools and development programme from Year 5 up to now as a mainstay of the National Squad.
